I rush to calm the Nixi the best I can while holding the boy. i reach my hand out to her to see if she isn't too frightened to come to me.

I smile at the action and prop up the boy so he can get a better look at Nixi. If she really was Glacier then it's best to keep myself at bay and protect the child when she isn't around. Softly I say, "Hello"

I smile and run my fingers through the boys hair again whike gently petting the Nixi. I sit silently and remove my hand from the Nixi. I wrap my arms around the boy again.
