Ainsleigh, Ashleigh & Tatsu

Ainsleigh and Tatsu looked at one another and nodded to each other.Ainsleigh stepped in and took Ashleigh from Tatsu, gave her an draeyl equivalent of a kiss and a hug then set her on the deck at Guardian's paws. "You and the other hatchlings can run along with Guardian sweetheart." She told her daughter, then faced the palm of her hand out and pushed her to Guardian.

The little draeyl maid didn't understand why Mum took her away from Da and Uncle and gave her away to Guardian. She turned and rushed back to her Mum's leg and grabbed on and started wailing, pleading with Mum not to send her away. "wwaaaaAAAAAAHHHH!"

Ainsleigh sighed, expecting this. Thinking quickly, she placed the egg she was carrying on the deck,then picked up Riker by the scruff and placed him in front of Ashley and deliberately put Riker's tail in Ashleigh's hand. Ashleigh's water works started drying up to a sniffle. "Go with friend, Riker. He will look after you." Ainsleigh reassured Ashleigh. She stroked Riker's back a few times attempting to soothe him from the treatment he just experienced. Meanwhile, Tatsu redressed Spruce, "Spruce, I'd like to have a word with you that Pine wasn't able to answer. Among the new recruits are two mated pairs, including Ainsleigh and myself. Would now be a good time to address that before considering just powers and abilities?"

Satisfied with how well Riker was taking charge, Ainsleigh picked up the egg again, then looked over to Blue Jay. "Don't you fret about yer little ones now. I'll go with Guardian and the hatchlings and see that yer egg is safe and warmed. I'll meet up with the rest of you at the base of the tree for the tour. She expected Tatsu to fill her in later. Then she turned to Guardian. "Lead the way." She said stoically. Ashleigh was overjoyed that Riker wanted to play. Her sniffles vanished and she started pitter-pattering after him. Her feet sounded very unique as the slapped on the wooden beams, making it easy for Riker to estimate where she was. The tricky part was she could spin and pivot on a dime when she stiffened her tail, and she nearly caught him a time or two. But she had great fun just chasing after him along with the added bonus of Mum coming too. So she went giggling and squealing all the way! Tatsu delayed the walk with time enough for Tomen and Blue Jay to send farewells to their kits and made room for Nina to tag along alsp. He decided to get straight to the point. "There were no specifics to the size of the party or parties going into the dungeon. My concern was about the family units, and the risks involved in separating them or keeping them in the same party? Will the teams be large enough to handle the slack if one of them falls, thus distracting the other mate from their job? Or are there going to be divided parties to see how the mates' do on their own?" Along the way Tatsu spotted Vee and Rose Petal going about whatever it is they do around the tree. He waved them over to come join them as they proceeded to the forest floor below.

Rose Petal nodded a hello to tats.

As he waved at Rose Petal he called to her. "Hey Rose, Spruce is going to give us a tour, why don't you and Vee come along so we only have to do this once?"

Tomen Was listening closely and judging the set up of the guild before they began. Blue was doing the same, but she paused now at then to listen to Spruce and Tatsu speak. Though the two were unusually quiet they seemed to be getting along quite well, and they were both focused on the task at hand.

After a monemt Blue spoke up " What are you looking for in this scout?" she asked almost as if she already new the answer and just needed confirmation.

"I could help." Nina said hearing stealth. "I would love to help but right now I am busy okay?" Nina smiled and sat down. She felt happy and at home now
