What pets are you selling with max stats, and how much would they be?

Each project has a subtitle. The max-stat projects might say, 'Max-Stat Non-Themed Breeding Project' on them. I think I am doing 2, but I can't remember lol.

Sanguine Crystallised Griffi I know I am doing. Can't remember the other ones.
