"I don't have a mate!" , Pestmer whisper yelled, bright red.

Ember walked away from the vendors selling items in the streets. Don't run. Don't grip it too tightly. Don't look guilty. Head up. The deep red dragon traced a talon over the scars on her neck as she walked, convincing herself that she was doing no harm. It was hard, when dragons were loud and stupid. Hard not to claw their eyes out, or bite their tails, or throw them off the island. But that would mean she would be on the security radar. Besides, she hadn't stolen anything. Yet. What she carried in her satchel was a gift from Tsun, an old friend who was a master crafter and sculptor. He had crafted the silver swan himself, set the sapphire eyes into its face and carved each delicate feather.

"False! My mom found her mate, then they ran off after they had me, they were too young." He shrugs as if it's no big deal, despite the fact that it's his worst memory, he was old enough to understand that they were running from him. Now he knew they were running from their responsibilities as parents of a four-year-old child. "They sent me letters, each one ending in a simple, forgive us, Love, your parents." He sneers, suddenly setting the plate down so he wouldn't break it. "I didn't even know their names!" He whispers, his voice cold.

Her eyes began to water. She shook her head then hid her face under one of her claws. He would have loved this. she said quietly. She let herself fall off the tree. She growled a little as her body hit the ground. Though she just laid there in the position which she fell.

"My parents loved me and my siblings, which made it harder." , Pestmer said. "They where framed down and killed. That's why she-" . The female cut herself off, furrowing her brow.

He frowns, "What?"

He flinch slightly at the sound and growl in anoyance " Seriously, i can't even enjoy the vew."

She didnt seem to notice. She just stayed there. She couldnt stop thinking about her lost mate, and her egg. Maybe if she had stopped him from leaving he would be alive and theyd have their child. Her eyes were now blurred with tears. She was curled up in a tight, little ball.

"I have a sister, I don't know where she is know, and I can't find her now." , She replied.

"Cool! I supposedly have an older brother."
