" Mostly fruit, seashell, some types of kelp and fish, tho it mostly depend of what you prefer. Stay away from mushroom and any type of small creature that have spikes or sharp teath and you should be fine."

" Personaly i would tell you to try some kelp or fruits both are growing preaty well near the beach, it shoudn't move so you won't nead to chase it around or pry it open."

(not sure if you were, so for the recap : Korali and Liena are with Galadrion, Lotus have started teaching things to Blair and the others are doing their own things.
