It only applies to Move-able (mobile) Units. So Towers will not receive this penalty.

I have made a small change to the Player AI Rating Leaderboard.
This Leaderboard now tracks and displays a player's highest achieved Player AI Rating for the season instead of their current. This is to prevent a situation where a player feels that they would rather not play for fear of losing and their rating dropping and that is obviously a situation I wouldn't want players to be in.
The Player Ranked Rating Leaderboard remains unchanged.

Oh was I worried about losing a game last night. The rating for losing/forfeiting hurts. XD
