Oh that lady shouldn't have even been allowed to be trained. If she can't even handle a simple job of helping a person then she shouldn't be there. And she should be fired immediate with her liscence taken away. I hope you are okay and you get a new and better worker to help you.

Kathy is basically my mother-in-law(she's my fiances mom). But I'm unsure if she'll need to be involved yet. I still need to file my formal complaint, and request a new worker, if either of those aren't taken seriously then I'll have to tell Kathy about it.

Thanks Ski, it's beyond agravating to deal with people like that especially when they basically controle my ability to feed my family. I'm sure good things will happen soon.

In my experance and from the experiances of friends, and family members many of the social service case workers sshould have never gotten their jobs, at least that's how it is in my town. But yeah she should have never been trained for this job, especially with how she treats people who are disabled. I hope that other people complained about her so that my complaint ends up being the one that gets her fired, or on some sort of program where she is supervised during all her appointments with the people does the case work for, or a probation type deal happens like she can't do any case work till sensitivity training and proper education on how to treat the disabled is compleated, and even then she gets a different job or transfered to a new place.

I know being a social service worker is tough, but thats no excuse to neglect very important details that the people whos cases you handle NEED to know, and it also doesn't mean you treat a disabled person like they are below you. All the good social workers in my area leave or get transfered off my case. It sucks because the people who do their jobs properly there are so few, and the incompitant ones are the majority.
