"I mean, we alreayd have a large property. We don't have any reason to move from land we've had for gneerations. It'd be more work then needed anyhow to move so many people from such a large place, and we just moved to our current property from the ones we have in France and Hawaii." Newt said.

Her fingernails tapped the closest hard surface, making clicking sounds. "Hmm. France and Hawaii, too?"

"Yep." Newt nodded.

"How long have you had the property? In Hawaii and France, I mean."

"About as long as we've had the property in town." Newt answered. He did in fact know the actual dates but he didn't care to tell a complete stranger that information, not yet anyways. Even if she knew his father.

"How often do you visit?"

"Depends on the occasion and what's most practical at the time. We were in France to check on our restaurant chain there and for one of my sisters to attend the dance school in Paris."

She didn't bother commenting and didn't ask anymore questions
