She drains all the blood, sucking him dry. She then drops the body, wiping her mouth and stepping over it, walking back out on the street.

He rushes back out, laughing loudly as the shop owner starts throwing things at him. Caspian's arms were full of bags, he winks at the shop owner before disappearing. He didn't steal anything, he simply said some offensive things out loud...
