Bowing "o...ok?" Stuttering

Thunder was trying to take on the two smaller monsters by himself.

The princesses arrived, finally, at their town

After the muddy spell was cast on the bigger monster, Spectrum rushed to Thunder's aid. "I will get the lion, you get the other thing," he said with as much courage he could muster. He'd never felt this brave in his life. Even for performances, he was always nervous. He didn't know how this was different, but maybe it was because he was helping his fellow ponies. He clobbered the lion in the side with his hooves before flying up to safety.

In the shadows, somepony else was waiting and watching. She had given her shadow beasts a solid form so as to create this disturbance. Once she saw the princesses rushing to the fight, she released a loud cackle.

Nightwhirled around. "Theyre not aloe!" He yelled, his sensitibe ears ringingfrom the cackle.

The princesses hear the cackle and ignore it for now, trying to take down the three monsters first

Nughtwind looks for hecakele

Spectrum rejoiced when he saw the princesses. Now they had the upper hoof! His head swiveled when he heard the cackle, like Nightwind. He fluttered over to make sure the unicorn wasn't about to be ambushed.

Blood Moon emerged from the shadows, laughing at the sight of the ponies trying to take down her subjects. She made a motion with her hoof to the shadow beasts. "Foolish ponies! Do you really think simple spells and beating them over the heads with your hooves will do any good? And the dear princesses, do you really think you could take them down too?" She cackled again. "You will never be able to defeat them."

Nightwind glared at Blood Moon. "That's what you say."

(Hmm...Nightwind....Blood Moon....Anyone want to bet they know each other?)

Spectrum landed beside Nightwind, but seemed to be more behind him. His yellow eyes were wide as he gazed at the villainess. "Be careful, Night...."

Blood Moon regarded the unicorn and tilted her head. "How cute. Do tell how you are going to defeat my shadows?"

((That would be interesting, considering she's millennia old and hides away where no pony will find her))

Nightwind gritted histerth. "NightWIND, Spectru. Thers a wifs behis night. As for you....Ill tink o somehing."
