She shakes her head, "No, one moment I was reading, the next I was carrying a book bag and running to the forest." She shakes her head, her dim blue eyes filled with pain.

Neil stopped suddenly and took out the talisman he found at the summoning circle. He rubbed a finger over the smooth surface, it seemed to be shaped like a demon of sorts. "The other circles seem to be hidden, maybe after Dexion destroyed the first one they got cautious." The young boy spoke in his usual monotone voice but had an unusual look in his eyes. "Maybe Crow will know how to find them when we meet him" she offered and Neil simply nodded. "Hmm you will probably just be dead weight, something to take care of." Kin said to Nick in a condescending way. "Everyone here has their usefulness, but you just seem like a poor kid in the middle of something too big for him". Kin wasnt teacher material, nor the comforting type, he usually spoke the rudest things that came to mind. He got a kick out of peoples reactions, Kem learned that even she was getting tired of that. "Kin why do you keep talking down people who are trying to help?" She had a frown and Kin just chuckled.

The shouting up ahead snapped Kems focus back on task. tensing up she quickly made her way to Dexion, straining to look ahead.

"You're probably right," Nick said. "I probably am just dead weight. But you were wrong about one thing," he said, a smug look on his face. "I can take care of myself, unlike you, apparenty. You need this whole group of people just to protect you. Ouch." He get himself ready for a fistfight

Before Kin could respond Neil appeared behind him, leaning over. "His limbs won't come back like mine, and you will probably make enemies out of the other people in our group." Kin grinned, "lets test that theory-". "You wouldnt want me to report your location to Serana, would you?" With that statement kin froze. "I didnt think so, now, try to get along with the other kids." He had a small smile on his face, and using that line was ironic considering he was the kid here.

She watches silently, always seeming to be the observer and not one for talking. Her voice was her power, she could make people do as she wished by calming their nerves and easing their guard down.

Nick didn't notice the girl that was watching them, as he had done moments before. He just looked at Kin with a smug look on his face. "I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Anyone care to explain?"

"He stole something valuable from his adoptive mother, and ran away. He's so childish sometimes." Neil shrugged his shoulders and Kin whipped around to punch him. Neil teleported out of the way and a few feet away from him. "What? I'm just telling the truth." He smiled again. It seemed he only smiled when he made Kin look like an idiot- because he is one. Well.... not really. They are just playing games after all.

Kin didnt notice either, but Neil did.

She met Neli's gaze, her own seeming bored yet curious at the same time. The innocent expression on her face showed her young age as she messed with her pony tail.
