(honestly im not questioning it mint is known to basically suck it out of the wound :V)
Strangely enough, Wraith's upper body was rather thoroughly covered in scars. Old and new, they littered his back, chest, abdomen, and sides. Even his arms seemed to be scarred to the point where one couldn't tell if that were his skin or not.
He seemed to be in pain as she removed the poison, but he only grimaced and seemed to almost squirm.

Guess hes been in tons of situations like this... she thought as she looked over his upperbody. He doesn't look that old though, maybe early 30's...

She decided it was going to be a while before he woke up, and if he did, then he would be gone by the time she got back. Both conclusions meant at one point he was going to leave, and she was fine with that. She had to go down to the market to get a new pair of boots, so she took about 500 gold coins out of coin crate(a entire frigging crate filled to the brim with gold coins) and left.

A few hours after the incident, Wraith awoke. He shot up, eyes wide as he gasped suddenly. He coughed, clutching his sides as the aching pain returned. Grimacing, he shook his head. He could feel a headache coming on. Slowly, he leaned back, eyes dull.

She came back, with a new pair of boots on and a cut on her face. She had encountered one of her target's family members, who apparently wanted revenge. She looked at him, and saw he was awake, but did not acknowledge him.(lol get ignored.)

Wraith hissed, as he recovered from his coughing fit. He acknowledged the fact he wasn't laying in a street, and the fact he was.... Bandaged? He glanced around, confused, until he noticed her. As negligent as she was, it seemed she still cared- even if it was a little. Why him, though? And why now, of all times? Nothing added up. They didn't even know each other's names...

She still said nothing, and dumped a bag of gold coins into her crate. She had found it on the 'family member'. Apparently the family was rich. How lucky for her.
