"Don't you dare come any closer!" Angela growled at the scientist. "I don't care about anything but getting out of here alive!" Angela laid Tiger down and stood up. She glared at Aydan.

Itri grabbed the girl's arm with both on his paws in an attempt to protect his father, looking up at her with pleading eyes. Aydan backed up and held up his right hand defensively. Poor kid, He thought. With his left hand he unclipped the tranquilizer that all scientists carry from his belt and placed it on the ground before kicking it away with his foot, hitting it with his tail as well, just for good measure. "I assure you, young lady, that I have no intention of hurting you or your friend. I just want to help you. Even if you do get out of this place, you will be forced to live as fugitives and your lives won't get any easier. I myself may not much influence on the going ons in the lab, but I have acquaintances who do. We could try to help you get to a better area of the lab and maybe even get you allowed to roam the lab freely"

Meanwhile, a nameless child was becoming sick of waiting for her friend when she realized that he had left her door open. All caution draining from her, she stood up and walked over to it, her long tail dragging along the floor behind her. She stepped out of the room.

Ase~Ward C

What was that? She thought she had heard something, thus she had wondered off. It sounded like someone laughing. She walked back towards 1165's room and opened the door. He was not there, most likely in pt again. The laughing was louder here though yet now it seemed more like crying. She exited the room and walked on. The crying was coming from the new experiments room. She slid the keycard and entered the room. The crying was coming from this room, more specifically a little girl sitting on the bed. The child looked up wiping her eyes and backing away to the corner of the bed.
"Y-you're not here to give me more shots are you?" She cried. Ase shut the door slowly and walked in sitting on the bed. With a kind smile she answered.
"No sweetie, I came to make sure you were alright, I could hear you crying." Ase smiled as the girl inched out of hiding and sat next to her.
"I'm fine...just sad is all."
"And why is that?"
"They left me, mommy and daddy did. And this mean people keep hurting me with needles." The girl rubbed her arms some looking away. Ase smiled sweetly and wrapped an arm around the girl giving her a hug.
"Well I won't let them hurt you any more alright?"
"You would do that for me?" Ase nodded. "Thank you miss!"
"Please call me Ase."
"Thank you Ms. Ase, I'm Maggie."
"Well Maggie how about we go and see a few of the other kids around here?"
"There are other kids?"
"Two in fact."
"Let's go then!" The little girl jumped up taking Ase's hand and dragging her down the hall to where Itle was. "Hi there! I'm Maggie, what's your name?"

"How can I trust scientist! Scientist are the ones who took Seraphine!" Angela screamed. "Nothing matters any more! All I have left is Tiger!" Tiger then grabbed Angela by her neck but lightly. "Just calm down." Tiger says soothingly and softly.

Itri turned around to face the cat. Without even realizing it he ran up and hugged her. He then gestured towards the small girl and tilted his head slightly. Then Itri realized that she had asked him a question. He pointed to the spot on his face where one would expect a mouth to be and made an X with his hands.

Meanwhile Aydan was completely oblivious to Ase's arrival, focusing on the task at hand. "Thank you" He said, nodding at the tiger. "If it's any consolation, I used to by an experiment, if you couldn't tell. Now who's Seraphine?"

The nameless girl retreated back into her room. She wanted to see Itri, but there were a lot more people in the hallway then there normally were. She peeked her head out again, cautiously this time. In front of the tall scientist from earlier that day there were two tween/teenagers one with wings and one covered in white fur, and a little ways behind them stood a cat-like woman who she recognized as the person who stayed outside of her room when the tall scientist had come in, a small girl, and, most importantly, Itri. The child weighed her options. On one hand, there were a lot of people between her and her friend, and even if she did reach Itri, he was standing next to a scientist. On the other hand, however, Itri was the only person that she had ever felt like she could talk to or be around comfortably. The choice was obvious. She dashed out of the room to the other side of the hall, her feet light and nimble, barely touching the ground. She pressed herself against the wall, holding her breath. Fortunately, it seemed as though no one had noticed her. Sticking close to the wall, she crept swiftly up the hallway until she was perpendicular to where Itri was. She dashed across the hall
again and grabbed Itri, half hugging him and half using him as a shield between her and the other people.

Ase & Maggie~ Ward C

"Oh I get it! You don't know how to talk!" The little girl giggled looking at the cat person. Ms. Ase looked different from him yet they were almost the same. "Your like Ms. Ase, I like that!" The girl laughed again. Ase rolled her eyes at the child and looked to Ayden. He was knee deep in work, like always it seemed.

Itri looked at Ase, The nameless girl still hiding behind him. Is that child serious? His expression seemed to say. The girl that was hiding behind him hissed at the small overly-enthusiastic child, her tail lashing back and forth in an irritated manner.

Maggie~ Ward C

"And who are you?" The child asked rocking back and forth on her heels. She wasn't afraid of the other child, after all she spoke to many more that where scarier than her. Maybe these kids would want to meet her friends!

The girl shrugged. She didn't his at the younger girl again. She was only about half her age. Definitely not a threat. The cat, on the other hand, was still suspicious in her eyes.

Maggie~ Ward C

"You can't talk either?" The little girl asked playing with one of the Pom poms on her sweater. "That's alright! Hey do you want to meet my friends? They may look scary but they are really nice!"
