Hello!
I've heard custom avi items mentioned, and I wanted to ask a few questions.
1. So it's basically you take an avi item and recolor it and ask Krin to make it an item, correct? I think some diamonds need to be exchanged as well?
2. Is that still done? Or is that not a feature anymore?
Because I would absolutely love to be able to recolor a Christmas Puppy if I could. My dog passed away over the summer and she loved Christmas, and irl she was about the same scale as the puppy to the avatar

Yes a custom was an item that players could recolor and pay krin diamonds to make.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to make new ones but players that made ones previously are aloud to ask to krin to make another copy.
