"One of these Pets is too high of a Level to command. You can only command Pets up to Level 59." this is so stupid! how about you change this to where its unlimited party level?! I'm not impressed with this problem

No, you xna command pets that are your level and below. You're level 59, hence pets 59 and below. For example my party is level 70 and I'm level 70. Just keep battling and you'll reach higher oevels....or you could do as I did and mission pets until they reach levels that are higher and then u can also command higher level pets.

That's precisely why.
You can t add it to your party cuz you're not level 70 yet
you need to be level 70 to do that
you can add a level 59 pet tho
when you reach level 60 you can add level 60 pets
just remember you have to unlock all party slots through the towns to add 3 pets to your party

You just need to improve your party. Usually a slowdown in how well you're doing comes from party issues.
I'd help critique but I'm kind of not the best person to ask if you want to know how good your party is. I mena my setup is literally the absolute cringiest, two attackers, no tank, and one healer....not the ideal setup unless you want to die a lot :p

Orca's just trying to be helpful. And she's right - issues with progression are often related to how your party is set up.

Orca wasn't calling you a "critique", either; she was saying she's not very good at critiquing others' parties.

If you're at the second town, you ought to unlock your third party slot. A three-pet party will open up new possibilities.

Blue Fire Gem's equips don't match up. The relic and armor are myrmidon equips, which boost strength. Shadow is an intelligence element; strength doesn't do it any good. I'd recommend checking the trade broker for some higher-level, higher-rarity equips that boost intelligence (evoker, illusionist, or arcanist). Same thing for Redrum - everything except his assassin bracer does boost intelligence, but equips with higher level and rarity will help a lot.

Also, both of your party pets are shadow. This is decent for surviving, but not so much for dealing damage. A balanced party setup usually includes a tank, a healer, and a cannon. I'd recommend changing one of the shadow kids to either air or fire (as a cannon) and then adding a light pet in for party healing. There is some flexibility in party setup based on personal preference. But you might want to look into a more balanced setup for now.
