I'll do any of the following except Hayden, because he's technically not part of this world.
Please ignore the hilarious lack of information.
Abilities (Infernal) Agility - often called just Agility
(The "Infernal" part):
She has an incredible fast reaction time/inhuman reflexes.
She cannot dodge or react to things things that are faster than she is able to move, and she can't do something if there is no way she would be physically able to do it, agility or not. For example if she is being attacked on all sides, and no matter how she moves, she will still get hit, then she will get hit regardless of her ability.
It is more of an intuitive thing rather than something she willingly employs. This means that under normal circumstances, she cannot move at this speed. It works for reflexive movements only.
She leaves a blue streak in her wake when she does this.
(The "Agility" part):
It's just... increased agility. This gives her very good balance and so she can reach/jump onto things that normally would be perilous and/or difficult to do. She also has no trouble making hairpin turns or navigating over rough terrain.
Combined, these two parts usually work out well in her favor as her agility lets her dodge or react to certain things in motions that would be difficult to perform without it.

He can heal things such as sickness and exhaustion with a touch by taking it upon himself momentarily. He cannot entirely fix injuries such as wounds or broken bones but can greatly speed up recovery and take away most of the pain. It gets more difficult and the effects of it seem to increase if done repeatedly in a short amount of time. This is slightly easier in his true form rather than his human form.
His true form is a caladrius, but he has no trouble turning into a human. He cannot turn into anything else but he can have wings on his human form if he wants to.

By looking at something made of mechanical parts, he can make a good guess of how they are put together and how they work, although some of it is experience. Touching something mechanical will give him an in-depth view of how it works and looks inside, and he will know how to build it and exactly what parts it is made of.
When creating something himself, he has the ability to create and visualize a three-dimensional diagram of the thing in question in his mind, and intuitively knows how to put the things together to make it work. However this is created solely by his own mind based on past experience, so things he has believed will work may not actually work in real life, even if it worked smoothly in his mind.

Whatever hand motions he does in real life are magnified to a scale of his choosing, with the maximum range being fifteen meters. The strength of his astral touch is also magnified within 10 meters, but then grows weaker for the remaining 5 meter radius past that. His astral touch is also far less dexterous than his regular, and so it is difficult to pick up small objects. He can extend his range or disable it at will to avoid accidentally knocking things over.
Animal Speech (minor)
He can understand animals, but the translation is often broken and tends to leave out words at random. He cannot control when or how it works at all.

Phasing. He can walk through walls, which sometimes triggers accidentally, which makes trying to lean casually against doorways rather awkward. He 'dissolves' when he's inside a wall, because he can fit completely in a wall so that no one can see any part of him. He cannot stay inside walls unless he's consciously trying to, if he's not actively staying inside the wall, he'll just fall out the other side (so if he was knocked out or something while going through a wall, he'd fall out the other side, not get stuck. If the wall where he's hiding is completely demolished, he'll be forced out, of course. If there is significant damage, he'll automatically be pushed to a part that is not damaged, or he'll fall out the other side. If you punch a wall, he won't feel it, but if you somehow stab a hole in the wall and he happens to be there, ouch. He can bring anything up to the size of an average human male with him, but the more mass, the harder he has to concentrate to avoid them whacking into the wall, and he has to be touching them.

Just going to post him for now. Don't think I can keep up with multiple characters between my other groups and still trying to understand the setting but I'll post this to give a quick rundown on him. Going to leave him a human here because setting and he's very insufferable otherwise. :^)

I'm cool with any of your characters, but super speed characters are a pain in the butt.

Well, Akio and Akira are fun when they're not arguing your ears off, and trying to argue with Akio is like trying to argue with a rock that is very good at engineering.

Was talking about Phoenicia. I don't really like playing against characters that can dodge extremely well. Always seem to die to them, lol. Seems like the type of character that'd get into a fight with him and mop the floor with him. Really anyone could though, since he looks intimidating and talks up a real big game, but he's a actually terrible when it comes to a real fight.

Oh yeah, there's a limit to her speed however and it generally won't trigger unless she's in direct danger of being hit (that she sees) so you could blow something up above her head. Or whack her from behind. Cobalt could take her, and he's blind. But also an excellent swordsman. She's not, she uses her ability as a crutch too much.
