It's a level 60 and up place hat is unlocked after Astyls Tranquility in the third reguon.

Beat to prepare before going in though, It can be a grind. It's a hugesteo up from Astryls Teanquility.

You need to complete all of the third regen before you can advance and open the portal to the lost grove.

Are you still in the old exploration setup in the exploration zone? The one where you cant physically kov around a map?
