Avi items are, like the name say it items that you can unlock for your avatar. You can get them from boss, special events or various avatar shops, or again you can buy most of them from others players in the item market place and the trade broaker. ^-^

Or, during fests (the best option to get plenty of spares to guve way-thats my onky reason to do it hobestky)
