Introduction
Long ago there were two spirits whom ruled and watched over our world. The first one, Solstice, protected the day,while the second, Midnight, watched over the night. For over a hundred years there was peace and tranquility in our world, but it did not last. Over time the two grew jealous of each other, wishing to rid themselves of the other and take control of both day and night. The two were constantly fighting until one day, the fighting got so bad that their hatred for each other took form. They called him Eclipse, who soon after he began corrupting our world. Monsters wreaked havoc, destroying villages and killing our people, and it got to the point where our world was thrown out of balance. Eventually the guardians realized what they had done, seeing the pain and suffering they had put us through they sacrificed themselves to seal his darkness away in a magical chest and hid it away. They say if you get too close, it begins to manipulate and corrupt you. And if you unlock it, it will inhabit your body. The guardians feared that if the wrong person got a hold of it, their world would surely end. So, with the last of their power they enchanted it so that if it was moved or opened, it would grant powers to twelve random people whose hearts are not corrupted. We are now led to believe that his dark forces are on the rise once again. Now you must rise to restore the harmony to our world, and forever banish the darkness...
