I am not a newbie, but I would like to know how to level up. Please Ping!

You level up by progressing in the story (The lvl cap is 60 until next week when the MZ is released )

Your level corresponds to the highest level you have leveled a pet. So, you level as you level your pet while going through the storyline, but you can also level if one of your pets levels up doing missions. This is how some people can suddenly become high level without finishing the storyline since you can use pets that are higher in level than you for missions.
