Noelle wandered around, flipping up her cat-eared hood. She hummed a happy tune, clutching a cute plushy she found in the trash. Why'd someone throw it away? It only had a tiny hole, and a tiny smudge. Nothing a wash and patch couldn't fix

April was walking home from school, kicking at the trail as she was walking through the forest path home. It was a cloudly day, and it was getting hard to see. She saw a glowing figure up ahead. She carefully approached it, the two staring at each other until the monster leaped, hitting her in the face. She screamed in agony as she felt her nose peeling off of her face. She clutched her face in pain, tears pouring down her face as she saw the creature in front of her

She saw a tiny glowing figure.
"Huh? Hello?" She said, walking forward. It tilted it's head, and she kneeled down. "Do you want a plush? I can fix it... I can take care of you!" The creature walked forward, and set a tiny paw on her ear. She flinched, as it burned terribly. Maybe it was because it was glowing..
"Please stop.." She said, flinching

Nicole sat on the stretch of grass along the creek that no one ever went to. It was peaceful and quiet, perfect for her to get some alone time. She heard a slight rustling in the bushes and turned, suddenly letting out a yelp as a glowing figure shot out of it at her face. Her forehead burned for a second as it seemed to enter her brain.

I am walking down my well worn path, to my little yurt in the trees. I live alone here, as I ran away from home two years ago. I didn't really have anything against my stepmom, I just needed a fresh start, one that I dictated. I lose my train of though as I see a ghostly form in front of me. I crouch down, and seeing my movement, it rushes me. I try to stab it with my knife, but it takes no effect. I feel the burning sensation of my inner left ear being ripped out, and end up blacking out.
