Alright, so because I enjoy torturing myself, I have decided that I would like to attempt to do a stat breeding project. It seems like it could be really interesting and ultimately very rewarding. The problem is I want to make it a custom design and I am pretty bad at designing without specific parameters, so that is where this contest comes in.
To enter the contest simply look at the list of species down below and design a 4 or 6-Vis design for that species. You can enter up to 5 entries, and they can be any combination of species. You have complete creative freedom as far as colors and themes, and although I kind of want to steer clear of anything monochromatic or overly bright, I will consider any and all design entries. Please include a list of the markings and a name for your design when you enter.
The winner will be first on the list for a completed baby once the project is done and I'll probably throw in some gold or something else. I'll probably give out prizes for runners-up as well so hopefully that will motivate more people to enter. :)

I don't do names >.> But you might like any of these, maybe. I don't think they're quite monochromatic. ... Or overly bright. Dully bright, maybe.
Ele suggested Firefoxes for the pretty nixis.
These could be Cherry Chocolate Bunnies, or something.
They're quite Under the Sea looking, eh? How's that for a name.

The world needs more Stat Nixies! I call this color scheme "Emerald Isle," but then I add in the most magical traits (face it, most Zolnixies are magicians; they don't do Physical Damage), which gives the Druid Zolnixi--
"Ever been to the Emerald Isle?" . . . . . . . . . "Yes, it's a magical place."
If Lucky Dust and/or Magic Spell are too hard to acquire, these could work too--
Switch for Enchanted Butterflies and Fairy Ringsor Switch for Feather Dust and Talismans
Edit: Oh, though Nixies are awesome, it is easier to breed stat pets if you begin with a Legendary species. Therefore, I present a Legendary design, the Lord Sauron's Aeridini--
I think fableds are better for stat projects, but there are only two fableds on the list, so here we go :P
