I think a good name for this little todd is "Meissen." Here's why.
His mother's name is Morgiana, which seems to be a variation of the name "Morgana," made famous through the legends of King Arthur. (Hm. I have a Delphinium todd named King Arthur; perhaps he should check Morgiana out.) Anyhow, the little todd's father is named "Porcelain."
And it just so happens that one of the most famous collections of porcelain in Britain is The Delphinium Collection. You can read about The Delphinium Collection here: http://www.alaintruong.com/archives/2013/03/16/26661243.html While there are other types of porcelain in The Delphinium Collection, most of it comprises a rare and valuable type of porcelain called Meissen Porcelain. As you can see in the linked page, Meissen Porcelain is not only rare and valuable, it is very beautiful.
(I thought about suggesting the name "Augustus the Strong," since the little todd's STR is as high as his INT, which is unusual for a Nixi. Augustus II, King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania, and Elector of Saxony, was known as Augustus the Strong, and he gave one of the oldest pieces in The Delphinium Collection {a tea and coffee service} to Sir William Strickland of England. However, I decided this really isn't a good name, since I found out that King Augustus II was cruel to foxes.)
So, how to come up with two more names? Well, the todd has Carried Rainbow Life Runes. This made me think of confetti, and it just so happens that delphiniums come in so many different colors that delphinium petals are a very popular form of natural confetti for weddings. (Link about natural delphinium petal confetti: https://www.shropshirepetals.com/the-shed/petal-advice#.VXzSH0bHXgw) Therefore, "Confetti" would also be a good name for your boy.
If I come up with a third name, I'll post it.

I usually do first and last name for my pets. If you don't want the last name, the first name alone is just fine.
Name # 1;
If you're going for a name that's unique and exotic sounding;
Lejas Fononeti
In my own special little language (don't ask - it's for a story I'm writing) it means 'Light of Humanity'.
Name # 2;
If you're going for a name that is just exotic sounding, but not exactly unique;
Caoimhe Aodhfin
(First name; (pronounced kee-va) Irish name derived from Gaelic caomh, meaning "beloved, comely." Last name; Irish name meaning "white fire.". Basically 'Beloved White Fire')
Name # 3
If you're going for a name that is much more common sounding but still has meaning to it.
Ralph Arluin
(First name; English form of Norman French Raulf, meaning "wise wolf." Last name; Variant spelling of Norman French Herluin, meaning "noble friend" or "noble warrior.")
