Cuddly has been telling me she wants to die. As a worried sibling who is scared of what might happen, I want you guys to know and possibly help this situation. I love Cuddly and can't imagine what I would do without her.
If this is Cuddly reading this,
You have so much to live for. And suicide would be a permanent solution to a temporary problem. And so many people would miss you, think of them! Please Cuddly, please, I really, really would miss you and I really, really don't want you to go. You've done so much for me, so let me do something for you. Please, please don't leave me alone.

Well, exactly what s the reason?
Many people think about dying as a curiosity and may want to try.
If she's feeling depressed and truly has strong intents of suicide, first tell your parents so they can find a psycologist.
But also, as a warning, if she seems like she may attempt real suicide, that is a medical EMERGENCY. There is a hotline for this too, I believe, at 1-800-SUICIDE.

For you,
The best thing you can do is be there for her as a sister as well as help her get access to those who are trained for these types of things. None of us here are doctors/psychiatrists so we are not equipped to deal with these types of situations.
In conjunction with the above, it would also be very beneficial for your own benefit to see and talk to and get advice from a trained professional too as it is very easy to get overwhelmed by this type of event.

For Cuddly,
- Suicide is not a solution
- Exhaust all possibilities first. There are things you have not experienced or tried yet, and they are hope.
- Life changes, your life can change too. Incredible things can come from change.
- Look at the people around you. The people you care about and the people that care for you.

The most important thing is that you gotta figure out is what's the reason behind that thought
I was once a SUPER over-stressed kid, super messed up in relationships and I wanted to end all that mess by committing suicide. I thought it was the fast way of ending and forgetting and not having to ever worry about the problems that I face.
But that's NOT a solution. What would happen after you commit suicide? Your friends and family would be super sad, and the problems would never be solved. There's always time to think about life and everything you want to do with it. Since you had a chance to be born into this beautiful world, then why waste the chance? So so so many people are less fortunate than you. IDK, like some people in the world are forced to be sex slaves, some people don't have food to eat... We are already so lucky. If they're not giving up, why should you give up? Committing suicide is the worst way to die.. cause it's like saying that you gave up on yourself!

I have a couple of friends who at some point were considering suicide. Please, if your sister is thinking this way, talk to her about it. After that, I suggest you inform your parents. It would be hard to solve this on your own, and often psychologists help a lot.
If she has been diagnosed with clinical depression, then your parents should probably contact a counsellor or a psychiatrist. She might be prescribed anti-depressants as well.
If she does not have clinical depression, that doesn't really matter, take her to see a counsellor anyways. And maybe she could call a depression hotline? It's a place where you can anonymously talk about your problems to other people.
If Cuddly sees this:
You're still so young! Suicide is not the answer. You have so much to live for, so much to experience. Don't let life get you down, because if you manage to work through the pain, there WILL be an end to it. You just have to persevere long enough. It won't always be like this. You are strong. So please fight. Know that you are loved, and that your absence would leave a permanent hurt for those who care about you.

She needs to get to counseling immediately, it's the best thing to do. Don't wait much longer because things could get worse.
Cuddly: Suicide is not okay and although it may seem welcoming or comforting it really is'nt. The last thing you want to do is take your precious life (and possibly loved ones too) because once it's gone you can never get it back. Do not cut or try to commit suicide, go to counseling and don't wait till too late like I did.
Stuff:
There is always tomorrow
Just breathe
You have made it this far you should be proud
No matter what you think no one is judging you
Tea will help you in a time of crisis
If youre having a panic attack breath in for four seconds, hold it for seven, release for eight
Listen to sad music, its ok to feel sad
YOU ARE NOT WORTHLESS, PEOPLE CARE ABOUT YOU
I believe in you, no matter what
One day you will be happy
Eat something, it will help your blood sugar, or something
Hope is always a way to get through pain, hope that tomorrow will be better, and hope that tomorrow can bring happiness with it
