I don't know if it's their site that isn't working, or if my browser is malfunctioning, or what the matter is...
But I can't vote on the Apexwebgaming site?
I know it isn't Sylestia and they can't do anything, but I just wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue?
(Thus why I did not put it under bug reporting, because it isn't a bug on Sylestia itself...)

Yeah, I been having issues with them the last 3 days. I can't get into their site to vote. I believe it is an issue involving Apex Webgaming's site.
