ok so I entered this drawling contest and it had gold as a prize for 1rst 2nd and 3rd but now their is no prize is that allowed??

My sister is new, I bet your talking about Cuddly21223, right? I will talk her into putting it back the way it was. Also, I don't know if it is allowed

I believe it's against the rules to delete a game with people participating.

No, you aren't really allowed to change a contest once it starts, but the games section isn't a very heavily moderated forum.
In this specific instance, we have already asked the contest poster to please not modify contests once they begin.
If anyone repeatedly does this, there will be repercussions for doing so.
