Pets I am selling are (appropriately enough) in my Pets For Sale stable. If a pet is NOT in that stable, then I'm most likely planning on keeping them. Just please please
please don't buy with the intention of releasing, or to sell for a big markup. I know once they leave my care, it's not my business what happens to them, but seriously, that drives me crazy.
My pricing schema for both breeding and selling pets:
1,000 gold base
+500 for each carried trait (including hidden under visible)
+500 if the pet is generated to resemble a theme for breeding purposes (breeding only)
+1,000 for each visible trait
+1,000 for each RESTRICTED carried trait (i.e. Valentine's Lace or Lucky Dust)
+2,000 for each RESTRICTED visible trait (i.e. Valentine's Lace or Lucky Dust)
+1,500 for a themed or themed descendant, +500 for an Exclusive or Exclusive descendant, +500 for purebred
+1,000 for a Fabled-species pet (Aeridini, Griffi, Lighira, Nephini, Ny'vene, and Ryori)
+1,000 if a Prismatic Philter was used (you're welcome!

add a zero (minimum) for an artifact pet descendant (Windchaser Luffox, for example)
Other criteria might be assessed in the pricing. Yes, I generate pets to mimic themes for breeding projects. Don't like it? Tough.
