Generally helpful when stuck to include what your party pets are and in what party order, since generally if you're stuck on a fight it's going to be either a specific strategy good for the fight, your team setup, or both, with the team setup being the most common one.

As is, I can only go by what pets you have currently in team and guess from there
immediately to note, all three of Max, Asher, and the un-named morkko have unassigned prof points (with the mork not even having an element assigned; since you already have an Earth who is assumedly your slot 1/ tank pet and a fire attacker, the usual option would be to make the mork a light healer (not the onle option, but a common one)
Earth pet > slot 1 > some combo of HP, Str, and Agi at lv70. With two prof points, I suggest at least one in Agility (which will give him higher defenses and evasion, and some speed)

Fire > Either 1Int/1Dex, or 2Int. Fire and Air pets rely on crits to inflict their base attack's debuff. Additionally the accuracy is useful for them, as is the speed)

Light Healer/ Water Buffer > 2Int/Str for the higher healing potential, or 1offense/1dex for same reasons as fire/air (though lgiht/water don't use crits the same way)

Second, with the undead army, it being a wave battle actually means it's harder when you use a fire pet, since the easiest way to deal with the extended wave battles that start with weak enemies and work up to stronger ones is to target a single slot on the enemy side and go for only that slot. Doing this bottlenecks the enemies, so you only face one strong enemy at once. Evidently, harder to do with a fire pet since their base elemental attack hits two opponents
(options here would be to make the mork an air attacker and Asher light healer for the fight, or just swap Asher out for the fight, or just power through)

Third, team equips: Uncommon equips are garbage, replace asap.
Since the team is over lv30, full sets of lv25 legendary gear is the easiest to get
Other options are:
> if you have high enough reputation with Sanctuary of Saerielle, you can get the lv26 rare or epic gear from the Town Hall which is extremely good, but it's harder to get, with the rep. requirement, and somewhat pricey,
> lv25 mythic gear (as Asher's armor), but the lv25 Mythic gear is a bit weird (having two relics, two armors, and two bracelets which don't go neatly into sets like other equips) and also rare to drop and thus expensive from the broker
and
> lv30 gear epic/legendary gear from fest zone bosses
Pets would be equipped as follows
. Full Assassin for Earth Tank (mythic gear Bracelet of Force also viable)
. Full Evoker for Light Healers and Fire Attackers (or the Elven Shadows set from SoS, with Ember's Armor of Flames also viable)
(an Air pet would use full Myrmidon, the SoS's Elven Veracity set, and Talon's Emblem)
