Do philters of experience learning also double the amount of progress you make for your pet's attack rank?

yes? It says that right in the philter description (though I gues if you're on mobile or something you might not be able to see that?)? You get a rank expertise boost so long as you're fighting in LG

you can see it even on a phone tho you nead to press the item to make the explanation appear while you only nead to hoover above it on a computer. ^-^
