i'm not sure if this has been suggested or not, but i think there should be a "mass move" button in the hatchery, similar to the one in you stable.
i know that pets move to your stables automatically when they become adults. but i frequently have a problem when breeding for a project where i have a ton of 20 day old pets, and i only want around half of them. then, they all grow up and half of them are released due to not enough stable space.
when i have fifty pets in my hatchery that i want to keep, i don't want to have to go to each one, move it to my stables, go back to my hatchery and repeat the process, i'd rather just be able to select a few, then choose a stable and tab just like in the stables.
like i said, i'm not sure if this has been suggested before (or if it's already a thing and i just haven't noticed it).

There's an option in the hatchery where you can set it to release un-named adults, so that way you can just name the pets you want to keep. All of the named ones get moved to your stables, and the unnamed ones get released. This is how I clean up. Your hatchery gets pretty ugly though, with there being a weird mix of named and unnamed pets.

Came over here to suggest this too. Breeding for fest nurtures, I breed a lot of themes and non-themes. Some of them I end up putting up for sale once the contest is over/they are adolescents. It'd be nice to move them to the sales stables en masse instead of moving them one by one to the stable, then mass moving.
