When I was using IE 10 to go to the wardrobe, I couldn't preview any items, or select new items to wear that I have available to wear.

I then used Firefox 26.0, and I can select new items to wear that I have available to wear, but previewing items is still hard. I have to wait a long time after clicking the magnifying glass before the preview image shows up. Clicking it multiple times doesn't seem to hurry it up any.

Internet Explorer is garbage. I highly suggest using Chrome or Firefox always.

As far as the slow preview, it could just be that the server was under heavy load at the time. And spamming the button won't make it load any faster, it actually can make it load even slower because you're sending multiple requests to the server instead of waiting for the original response.

I know about IE being bad, but I wanted to report what I'd seen anyway (unless you're like another site I know who says they aren't going to work on making things work in IE because not enough of their members use it, which makes sense and in that case I can stop mentioning IE stuff :) )

With the multiple clicks I had been thinking at first I may not have clicked in the right area, but I soon just let things wait, and I'll try that approach first if/when something else happens like that. Thanks for the reply :)

If after a while it still hasn't loaded, I find that it helps to right click your avatar image and open it in a new tab. If the request to the server's gone through, then the image in the new tab should show you the correct image with the item you're previewing.

We definitely want things to work with IE and when I create new features, I always test it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

But for whatever reason, IE varies a lot from computer to computer - or something. Because for me, I never have problems with IE (otherwise I'd keep working on w/e it is I was working on until it's fixed). But we've had tons of complaints over the past year of various "this" not working and ultimately it's because the player was using IE and simply using Chrome or Firefox fixed the issue.

Anyway, yes, we care to make everything work with IE. But some stuff just doesn't anyway for certain players and it's not worth the time to debug. I'm also certain that when I recode the Wardrobe for the new layout it will fix all of the problems.

Krinadon: Oh wow, I had no idea IE could seem variable between users. It does line up with some of my observations although I never would have put two and two together. I'll be putting that on my mental "look into this more someday" list because I do like to be helpful with any bug report-type things I give sites. Thanks so much for the replies :D
