Not quite a bug, but the proficiency screen tutorial/help page says "Once a Pet has reached Level 60, it will begin to earn Expertise by Battling against similar Leveled Enemies." This is not, from what I can determine, true. Pets can earn expertise before 60 in the Lost Grove, and level 60+ pets do not earn expertise outside the Lost Grove (even fighting "similar leveled enemies"). As a newer player, this was rather frustrating until I figured out why the festival zone wasn't giving me expertise. I'd suggest rewriting it to "Once you have unlocked the Lost Grove venue, your pets will earn expertise by battling in that area." or similar.
