Right before the festival shop was updated with all the snow swan items, I was looking for a cool outfit. I decided on the Adventure Winter one, put in the 1 and completed my purchase. Even as I was confirming, there was no indication the shop was updating, like the page didn't change.
However, when I finished purchasing and the page refreshed, the Snow Swan items had appeared and the whole shop had shifted down a cell. Thinking nothing of it, I went to my inventory, only to find that I had purchased the Casual Winter outfit, which was currently in the cell that the Adventure had previously occupied.
I don't know if this sounds silly, but is there any way something can be done or the two swapped out or something? Those were my last 24 tokens. :(

Ah. I'm sorry. I usually lock the shop when I make changes, but forgot to this time. I'll swap the two items for you. Give me a few moments.

Alright. It should now be the Adventurer's Winter Garments. Again, I'm sorry about that.
