The world is in chaos.

Kaijus have risen and are now fighting all over the globe for unknown reasons. Strange things begin to happen, including earthquakes, volcanos erupting, a meteor landing on Earth, and so much more. Cities have been destroyed, and all of the governments have come together to find a solution.

You are a teenager. High school or college. You are just an ordinary kid. But you life is about to change when one kaiju comes and looks for you. But not to kill.

They need your help.

Sitting on the floor of his room right in front of his bed in the lotus position, Oris opened his eyes calmly, slowly emmerging from his usual morning meditation.

it was very peaceful and quiet. then again, that might be because almost everyone had evacuated for millitary bunkers.

(Nah, i mean there is alwais his grandfather if nead be but his parents are kind of out of the picture so i never gave them proper character traits.)

While he did appreciate not having to deal with nosy neighbours, especialy since he was often forgetting to lock the back door, and loud noises, he had to admit that he was waiting for them to return to their daily activity, it felt just a bit too quiet with them gone. He stended up and made his way to the kitchen to grab whatever leftovers were still there as a breakfeast.

(what about his adopted parent?)

there werent much. stores had been bought out a lot recently.

( He was adopted by the men he call his grandfather, since Oris knew the men as 'grampa Yirvis' before that it just stayed this way.)

He didnt minded too mutch as he pulled out the leftover mac-and-cheese and went to the microwave to heat it.

(ah. gotcha.)

then the microwave powered down.

then his power went out.

then he heard sirens blaring.

a kaiju was nearing.

The loud noise breaking the silence he had grown accustom too caused Oris to flinch in surprise, his mind stalling for a moment before common sense kicked in and he started to look for an hiding spot.

his basement wouldnt do much.

then the roaring got louder as the kaiju neared.

He sigh and glanced at the backdoor, look like he would have to go outside... He could already heard the 'dumb ways to die' jingle playing in the backround as he headed toward the wooden entrance of his house.
