The spring festival post says aeridini appear in the festival Zone Where do I find it

The festival zone isn't opened yet~ it will open when the fest starts at 12pm Sylestia time. After that you should be able to enter the festival zone via "Explore" > "Seasonal Festival" or usually there's a link in the Message of the Day for the fest zone.
