In the quest where you try to save Jinxie's friends, I had saw the bandit leader and accidentally clicked the choice "Try to negotiate", which i didn't mean at all. Then I had to defeat him and when I did I got a Quest Letter and Queen Annabelle sounded really mad at me. Will this effect the game further on?

I have no idea, but I don't think it will that much, because it would mean more work to write up plot and coding.
I choose that intentionally by the way. I didn't realise it was set up for my character to tell the location after I clicked that. XD
