Reality vs Fantasy

What's the different between the two when both are what we go through in life. Every day I am told to be in the real world and not in the fake world that you conquered up. The truth is I am living in the reality every flipping day and the only escape I have is making a world in my head that no problems can come to me or that my family is broken and have problem. I have anxiety and depression I may seem like a happy go luck kid but it's a mask to hide my inner pain and war. Reality can be a living war to most people and fantasy can be an escape to the war you are fighting..... I think that is all I can type on this so I am going to stop typing on here for the night.
