Ah, sorry. I kinda just assumed because the first sentence is "This will be the thread for the Breeding Pet's Team." and the thread title is "Breeding Pet's Team".

you go to the "mange pet" button on your pets profile, click it and edit the "breeding fee" which is under "sale price". the lowest price you can put is 1 gold
