you keep walking until you come to a crossroads

you go to the right and see a dark room into which you go.
as you stand inside you can see a small beam of light moving something like a torch.
slowly they move towards it and realize that it is a sylesti.
when the sylesti notices you she runs away.
chase them and catch them or let them run away and move on?
(catch may fail 50/50 chance)

I let the sylesti go

you slide the door aside and enter the room behind her
it's dark here so light a torch and see lots of gold and pictures of sylestis.
you take a closer look at the room and discover 3 boxes on an adjacent note that says:
