Hello, hi, I am relatively new here, so... I hope I'm not suggesting something that's already possible that I just don't know how to do. c':

But I think it'd be really neat to be able to switch the 'active pet', the one you see on the left sidebar sometimes, and the one that follows you around when exploring, to any pet in your party, and not just have it set to the one in the first party slot.

Since the first slot pet is usually the 'tank' pet, or the one that gets attacked most, it's a somewhat fixed position for exploring. Thus 'why not just switch your pets around?' isn't really that viable, nor efficient for actual play, even if it would be neat to see another pet when walking around. The sacrifice to battle mechanics doesn't really justify the novelty of having a different visible companion.

So honestly, this is just a visual / fun thing, it wouldn't really affect gameplay much, but I think it'd be a cute QoL feature. If your whole party is with you already, letting one of the others lead is just nice to switch things up!

_{I also spent a stupid amount of time trying to figure out if there was any way to do this to no avail, but gosh, some pets are so pretty... I just want them all to have a chance to walk around. *u*}

Yeees I would enjoy this, I am obsessed with color coordination and I get annoyed when my tank clashes with my avi

I would love to have this as an option! My tank does a very good job, and is nice enough looking, but I have some very flashy pets that often accompany him that I'd love to see follow my avatar around.

Also, sometimes I'd like to coordinate with my avi, like Watercolors said, but not at the expense of my team's defense!
