Hello,
I have a Winter Festival: Epic Avatar item but I can seem to "use item". Am I suppose to wait until a certain time before opening it?

I also have an epic festival chest and two rare chests. My understanding is that we cannot open them until Krinadon had officially finished adding Named and doing anything else that would add avatar items (which would also include a holiday shop where we could spend the frost tokens). I am sure that both Krinadon and Faiona are working super hard to get everything done, so I am sure that we will be able to open the chests in no time. :)
