um, so, well, I haven't used this before, and this is my first fall fest so Im not sure how common this is, tho Im pretty sure this is rare, since I searched through a couple dozen pages on advanced search.

It's an old theme, originally released in an event back in 2013. It is currently available as a possible Tier 4 (Non Wild/Special Themed) prize from the Black Friday Wheel of Themed.
The cheapest PBs on AS are going for 20k+ gold (the cheapest tagged/ first gen is going for 200k)
