So my sister has an account. But, she wants to 100% quit, and hence wants to send me the pets and items she has. I know about all the alt account stuff, so I just want to make sure yhat, because we have the same IP, its not breaking any rules!

After re-reading terms of service, it looks like as long as you both have different accounts then you should be good. It might be a good idea to PM Krin about this though if you are still unsure. :)
