I know I feel stupid to ask this, but where is the Winter Festival Holiday Shop? I mean, I have 20 of those tokens...

It's okay. It's confusing.
There is no shop atm because there would be nothing to buy from it. We still haven't put the Avatar Items in game yet. We're trying to do that now, but with Christmas, it's a bit challenging. =P
So we'll do our best to get them available over the next few days and once they're available, we'll open the shop.
Once all of the avatar items in game, you'll also be able to open those avatar boxes and we'll create the Winter Festival Basket.
