A string of robberies hitting the wealthy parts of London (england) has the police baffled the police has been dubbed The Phantom thief due to committing crimes in the middle of the night and having white hair like a ghost. One night Samantha is patrolling the neighborhood alone at night when she sees Bijou climb out of a window of a wealthy old lady's house and pursues him on foot

It was the middle of the night almost midnight and not a could on the sky as past as officer Smathana Sampson was patrolling The Bishops Avenue in her police car, The Bishops Avenue was one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in London well known for its beautiful large houses and amazing gardens. Recently the phantom thief have been targeting houses with in this neighborhood unfortunately site had to work the night shift patrolling that neighbourhood alone just in case anything were to happen. Smathana sighed and turned on her police radio attached to her uniform nothing to report I'll give it another hour b3fore returning to the station She said " affirmative please tell her to anything happens" said a response.

Bijou was busy escaping from a weathly womens house, surprisingly. He has on one of the higher stories of the house. After finding a close enough roof to jump on, he jumped onto it and started to flee from the crime scene holding the jewel.

Smathana gasped and slammed her foot on the brake causing her car to screech to a halt she quickly grabbed her radio " male suspect flame from the house are repeat miles suspect it's clean from a house I'm in Pursuit send back up to my location" she said and and buckled her seatbelt and and almost threw herself out of the car and closed the door is automatic lock as soon as the car door was shut. Smathana ran offer the white haird male as the response came telling her they was sending officer's at the sight " suspect looks to be mail with white hair" she said and kept running after him "Stop police!!" She yelled loudly after him running as fast as she could

He just looked behind him giggled before continuing to run off. He was jumping building to building pretty much. He was slightly losing his balance on steeper roofs but that didnt stop him one bit.

Smathana sighed of course we get the crazy doll I can jump from roof to roof like a ninja from a anime "Stop?!" She said and gasped seeing him almost slip worry and consonant flashed in her light blue eyes if he was closer he might have seen it. Smathana frowned "you will slip, come down the consequences we must left severe if you come with me now rather than later" she said as the person on the other side of the radio informed her that officers including her brother and his partner Gerard were on their way Samantha up was worried as her brother's partner was well known to use tazers on Suspects
