Hello, thank you for stopping by my roleplay! I was hoping for a more relaxed roleplay about a group of friends/neighborhood kids that live in a town with a bunch of abandoned buildings and places nearby; in the early nineties/eighties. Most of these spots are "owned" by gangs of kids from other neighborhoods. But, where our characters hang out is one of the cooler places. The place is a dead mall towards the outside of their part of town. The fact that other kids think it is haunted added to the mall.
Though the roleplay will not be centered around the mall, it will also revolve around the rest of the town!
(I don't know what else to say, I guess? OH, and the kids have "Special talents", but no magic, though.)

Daniel had skipped last period to get to the Mall early. Entirely not that he hated Math class with a passion. He was slouched on one of the old planters, leaned against a post, scrolling through his phone. Dani had brought some cookies his step-mom baked, they were hidden in his backpack so Freddie Mercury didn't steal and eat them. Speaking of the Opossum, he was clambering around one of the fake trees in one of the planters that used to make the place alive.
Nero had leaped out of her seat as soon as the bell rang, looping her bag over her shoulder. She fixed her beanie on her head and left as quickly as she could- the science teacher yelling after her that the bell didn't excuse her. The small Punk only made a funny face at him and booked it for the Old Mall.

Xin was hanging out in one of the hallways by the mall, looking for dead animals. He found no use for the times in the mall itself but went in anyways.
(Im not the best at writing more then 2 sentences, no thoughts head empty)

(Not to be rude, but the Mall doesn't have dead things in it, the kids kind of took it over right before it kicked the bucket.)

By the time Daniel showed up, I was already at the mall. I had gotten off of work at the little bookstore early today and had come here to practice with my sword. Not really like I needed it, but it never hurts to practice. I walked into the room to see Dani and that small rat of his sitting on a couch.
"Hey, nerd. Skipped another class?" I ask him
Nickolas (Niki)
I see Nero sprinting out of the building and I wave an arm at her, shouting.
"Hey Nero! Wait up!" I yell at the punkish girl. I'm completely out of breath by the time I catch up with her. "How was your day?" I ask, smiling.
Tommy
I needed to shake this guy. He was supposed to be my guide because I was a transfer student and all, but Jesus Christ, I'd been here for two months already. I didn't need a guide for Pete's Sake. Plus, he was in a different faction. Some lame house. I was in the F***in mall faction. I settled on just losing him in the crowd. Once I did, I began the trek to the mall, a smirk on my face

Alex walked through the doors of the mall with his overly heavy school bag hanging loosely from him back. He seemed even more tired than usual today. School had taken a lot out of him.
"Hey everyone, I'm here!" He yelled. He set his bag down on the ground and stretched a little bit, walking forward a little bit.

Daniel stuck his tongue out at Techno. He was a little flushed that he called him out. He sat up a bit and allowed Freddy to crawl onto his shoulder. "So what. 'S not like you care, Book Barn.", He replied with a tease, looking down at his phone one last time before putting it away. "You want a cookie?" He added while he had his bag out.
He turned and waved at Alex before shoving a cookie into his mouth. Daniel turned back to Techno and stared him dead in the eyes while he ate another.
Nero paused, looking back at Nickolas. "Oh, hi Niki!", She smiled. The small lady never understood why such a doll like Nickolas would want to hang out with a kid like her. She tugged her patch-covered denim jacket and shrugged. "I dyed my hair again last night, probably gonna have detention tomorrow- How about you?"
She waited for Nickolas to catch up before she continued her trek to their hang out.
