I'm not sure if this is some weird bug or I'm not understanding something about themes, but I'm not sure what's going on here with my party pets.

This is what my party trio usually has a palette. I bought my Grim Rose Ryoris already dyed and going to their pages displays a button still to revert them back to the normal theme colors. I haven't touched them or dyed them, but going to their pages displays their ordinary blue colors as red.


They still display as their normal palette when shown as size 200 or in the site sidebar.

I am experiencing the same issue. This Ryo used to be entirely blue and black, no red at all, and I noticed earlier today that her colors have inexplicably changed

Looks like Krin made it so the traits draw from A2 instead of EC

Both those ryos show the same colors on my end (red black and blue), but I know what you are meaning as I have a Ryori from the same pair and it has also changed colors suddenly.

There were some changes made to the 4 Restricted Trait sets used for Brewing this Festival in order to make them more up to date and easier to design. For Aurleon's Ghostly, Draeyl's Ethereal Dryad, and Ryori's Grim Rose - basically all that changed is the accent colors now pull from AC1 or AC2, respectively, instead of EC. For their sole existing Themed, this should have made almost no difference as the original Themed had their AC1 and AC2 matched to their EC.

However, for player created pets, it's entirely possible looks changed if the AC1/AC2 did not match the EC.

Morkko's Mystic Witch, on the other hand, ended up getting switched around a bit. It received the same EC to AC1/AC2 change, but also some other changes to try and make the set more manageable. All of these changes were in line with other types of changes we've made in the past to old Traits, the only difference was this was a micro change on a specific Trait set rather than the entire species' Traits all at once. Again, we made these changes because we felt it would improve the functionality of these Restricted Trait sets moving forward - as they are some of the oldest in existence.


All of that said, I do plan on tacking this information onto the Overview and allowing affected players, such as yourself, to PM me with color switching if you need to. I will also look into an official adjustment to the Ghostly Fire Morkko which would allow players to update their Themed and Pure Breds to the new color palette with the goal of retaining their original look. I just unfortunately ran out of gas yesterday and I am only just getting my day started today. I will try and get this information announced sometime today.
