This is more of a nitpick than anything, but the first two wind element skills both inflict an effect called "Bleeding". However, they do different damage. It may make more sense to change the name of one (and keep torrential blow's dazed status so this doesn't indirectly nerf wind) to have the naming make more sense.

I have to say no support.

Bleeding, in most games I have played, doesn't mean something like 'Does 10 damage per turn' and that is ALL the damage it can do. It is usually a percentage.

Both skills are bleeding, they cause damage per turn. One just does 100% the other does 200% of the physical damage.

This is how bleeding works in, as I said, every game I played. I can get two swords that cause bleeding damage in a game, and one might do 50% bleeding while the other does 40%. However, they both still cause the bleeding affect.

To me, it would actually make *less* sense to rename one, because they are both the same effect.
