How do you earn lots of gold? I need it to buy more party slots but I don't have anywhere near enough gold...

Edit: Also, how do I get diamonds without paying for them with real money?

Missions are basically one of the best ways to get gold
Diamonds can be purchased from other players via the currency exchange, usually fluctuate between 2100gold-1dia and 2500g-1d,
People usually sell diamonds in stacks of 50/100/500/1000
Other than that, Advent Calendar during winterfest and sometimes as prizes for winners of forum games during fests.
