Hey peoples!
I was wondering if some of the more experienced players could tell me if my three parties were set up well, and if they arent, how to fix them.

Main party:
First
Second
Third

Second party (working on training it):
First
Second
Third

Third party (more defensive, working on training up):
First
Second
Third

Thanks!

Well, I'm mostly used to the typical tank/healer/attacker and healer/attacker/attacker

(note, I am going on the assumption that these are listed in Party Slot Order, not 'battle screen' order- do tell me if I am wrong because obviously things change depending on which it is)

Main:
Is the first Air meant to be your tank? A very usual pick since air have no self-buffing or healing abilities beyond Block and Mend
Equips on the team are average at best, outside of Hewri's, which are Bad due to a severe case of being Uncommon equips.
I'd suggest Legendary lv25 equips (easy enough to get from lv25/very hard esior's haven mission satchels, though getting the correct ones is trickier. They also go pretty cheap on the Trade Broker outside of the bracelets)
If your light pet ISN'T the tank on the team, you don't need the agi or HP on it (Agi is for Evasion and thus goes on tanks, HP is for being able to take hits, and thus also goes to Tanks) and you'd want to go for int/dex equips.

2:
A more usual tank/buffer/attacker team. Need equips. If you have high enough reputation with Esior's Haven (trusted for the bracelets, allied for the relics and armors) you can get some very good lv0 equips (about equal to lv20 legendary equips!)
Obsidin has an Evoker armor for some reason, you'll want to replace it with another assassin
Ghost as what I assume is a water buffer? I don't know much about water buffers. You'd probably want uh... str/Dex I guess? (more use to dex's crit chance than agi's evasion on non-tank pets, especially when it's on the same team as an earth tank). Both stats add Quickness to the pet in equal measure to eachother)
Houndini as a fire pet you want Int/Dex and Evoker gear.

3:
Shadow/light/air is a pretty normal tank/healer/attacker team, but the way the pets are linked indicates to us that it's light/shadow/air?
If it's Shadow/light/air (the more common setup) then you want Int/Agi (illusionist) on Dipper, int/dex (evoker) on Lightning Rod, and str/dex (myrmidon) on Fuschia
(don't ask me about shadow pet profs because honestly I don't know? The one element where I'm like "uuuhhhhhhhh" seems to crop up the most often in situations like this)
(equip sets are, again, incomplete and primarily uncommons. Uncommons Bad)

For the Air and Fire pets overall, I'd say go for 1 attack THEN 1 dex at lv30 (damage first, then the higher chance of crits for inflicting debuffs)
(Fire, Air, and Light pets usually end up as 3 attack/ 2 dex at lv70)

Ok so I actually changed my main party to this:
First
Second
Third

And its been working a lot better. Is there anything wrong with the setup?

(Thanks again!)

I am just going to scream inside because I accidentally erased 15 minutes worth of typing by accidentally hitting the page reload button instead of the tab we wanted to swap to.

> Equips, still go for lv25 legendary for the moment (example of difference: lv30 rare relic like Dipper's gives +95 to Damage stat, while lv25 legendary gives +135 to damage)
(actually the best option would be Sanctuary of Saerielle Town Hall equips, which are lv26 and have very impressive stats (comparison: relics give +210 damage) but they require high reputation with SoS and are untradeable so other people who DO have the high rep. can't sell them to other people)
(there's also lv25 Mythical, which aren't quite as good as SoS Town Hall equips (relic damage boost: +165) but they're a bit weird (list of them here) since they don't follow the usual "one set for str/dex, one set for str/agi, one set for int/dex, one set for int/agi") and can only be gotten from Nightfall Bandit Dungeon Bosses as a low-chance drop or from the trade broker)

> aim to replace all uncommon equips, they're Garbage regardless of level. Rares are... okay but not good, generally.
> Disciples are kind of placeholder equips, so look to replace them with more specialised ones when you can

> not much to say on shadow tank, we don't have much experience with them.
Illusionist/ int/agi equips are what you want, Int/Agi profs should be fine

> Light I'd maybe go 2int, since light element doesn't rely on crits to inflict debuffs the way Air and Fire elements do, so you might want to just go with the overall boost to Int for now rather than splitting between int and dex before the third prof point at lv60? but it's still fine.
Evoker/ int/dex is what you want on a light healer pet, so good.

> Air, might want to swap the elven/ str/agi armor off for another str/dex, since you want to get as much str and dex as you can on an air pet, but also overall looking good.

But overall, aside from the equips not being the best rarity-wise, looking pretty good for the moment.

Ugh I hate when that happens
Thanks for all of the advice! Every time I think Im starting to understand how it works I realize I seriously have no idea whats going on lol.
Ill definitely work on getting the legendary items first cause that seems the most important

make sure to check out the guide to missions and mission pets!
Missions and their mission satchel rewards are an excellent way to get resources- gold, healing items, equipment, reputation points with the town, exp for the pet, the rare chance of regular or enhanced essences.

It isn't really a bother, and we certainly don't need anything (and honestly 15 minutes isn't that much time when we're doing team-analysis. We just take a long time to do things like that!)

And Missions, as mentioned, are a good way to get gold and supplies if you need them!
(you can also check out the guide to making gold for other methods)
